This project featured a complete interior build-out, including a custom bar, integrated golf simulator bays, and open-concept dining and lounge areas. The space was designed to balance performance and atmosphere—pairing clean architectural lines, premium finishes, and layered lighting with durable materials suited for a high-traffic environment.
Key elements of the build included custom millwork, feature ceilings, acoustic treatments, polished concrete flooring, and fully coordinated mechanical and electrical systems to support both food-service operations and entertainment functions.
