Ideally, during initial feasibility or concept design—before key commitments on scope, layout, budget and schedule are fixed. We can also support projects that already have an architect or preliminary drawings.
Can you provide a budget before drawings are complete?
Yes. A conceptual budget can be prepared from available project information, with clear assumptions, allowances and exclusions. Pricing is progressively refined as design information becomes more detailed.
Can you work with our existing architect or engineers?
Yes. We collaborate with owner-appointed architects, engineers and consultants to review constructability, coordinate scope and align design decisions with project objectives.
What does pre-construction cost?
Fees depend on project size, complexity, information available and the agreed scope of advisory, estimating and coordination services. Our team can discuss an appropriate engagement approach for your project.
What should we bring to our first consultation?
Helpful information includes project location, intended use, existing floor plans or concept drawings, approximate area, preliminary budget and timing objectives. An initial discussion can still be productive without a complete design package.
